Summary
This study aims to understand what happens in the body after eating. 36 healthy adults will wear three wearable devices for two weeks and take pictures of everything they eat. The goal is to measure changes in heart rate, temperature, sweat, and blood sugar after meals. No treatment or medication is involved.
