Summary
This study looked at whether adding body awareness therapy—gentle exercises focusing on relaxation, breathing, and body control—to standard physical therapy could improve walking ability, pain, and emotional well-being in people with peripheral artery disease (PAD). Fifty-one adults with PAD took part. The results may help design better exercise programs for managing PAD symptoms.
