Mind-Body therapy tested for jaw pain relief
NCT ID NCT07317570
Summary
This study is testing whether Body Awareness Therapy, a mind-body physiotherapy approach, can help adults with chronic jaw joint disorders. 52 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either this therapy or standard physiotherapy to see which better reduces pain, improves jaw function, and eases anxiety. The goal is to see if focusing on posture, breathing, and movement awareness provides better relief than current treatments.
