New moms get body boost from online program

Summary

This study tests a new online program called Body Acceptance After Baby (BABI) to help new moms who are unhappy with their appearance. About 375 women who gave birth in the past year and feel dissatisfied with their looks will try the program, compare it to a brief educational infographic, or join a waitlist. The goal is to see if acceptance-based skills can improve body image and reduce distress.
