Game on for hydration: can snakes and ladders make kids drink more water?
NCT ID NCT07212309
Summary
This study tested whether a fun, educational board game could help young children learn about and improve their drinking habits. 240 first-grade students in Tunisia either played a special 'Snakes and Ladders' game about hydration once a week or continued their normal activities. Researchers measured the children's knowledge, how much water they drank, and their hydration levels before and after the six-week program to see if the game made a difference.
