New cancer drug BNT314 enters first human safety trial

Summary
This study is the first to test BNT314 in humans. It aims to see if the drug is safe when given alone to people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. About 41 participants will receive different doses to find the highest dose that is still safe and tolerable.
