Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new mRNA treatment called BNT116 for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The study aims to find safe doses of BNT116 when used alone or with other cancer drugs. About 320 participants with different stages of lung cancer will take part. The goal is to control the disease, not to cure it.
