Summary
This study tests a new drug called BN104 in people whose acute leukemia has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The drug targets specific genetic changes (KMT2A or NPM1 mutations) that drive the cancer. The trial aims to find the safest dose and see if BN104 can reduce or eliminate leukemia cells.
