Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called BN104 for adults and adolescents with acute leukemia that has returned or not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can reduce leukemia cells in the bone marrow. Participants will take the pill daily in repeating cycles until their disease progresses or side effects become too severe.
