New app aims to help parents keep kids on track after stem cell transplant

Summary

This study tested a mobile app (BMT4me) designed to help caregivers of children who had a stem cell transplant stick to their medication schedule. Fifty caregivers of children up to 21 years old participated. The goal was to see if the app was easy to use and if it improved how well children took their immunosuppressant medicines after leaving the hospital.
