New hope for kidney cancer: first human trial of BMS-986506 begins

Summary
This study tests a new drug, BMS-986506, for people with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (a type of kidney cancer) that has not responded to other treatments. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable. About 125 adults who have already tried at least two prior therapies will take the drug alone, and researchers will monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
