New hope for advanced cancers: experimental drug targets CEACAM5

Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called BMS-986490, alone or with another drug (bevacizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific marker (CEACAM5). The goal is to check safety and find the right dose. About 360 adults whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed and has not responded to standard treatments may join.
