Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, BMS-986488, given alone or with other treatments, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapy. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. About 437 participants with specific cancer types, such as kidney, lung, or colorectal cancer, will take part.
