Summary
This study is investigating whether eating wild blueberries over time can improve brain health in older adults. Researchers will measure how blueberries affect blood flow and insulin sensitivity in the brain, and whether this leads to better memory and thinking skills. The study involves 36 participants aged 60-75 who will undergo brain scans and cognitive tests.
