New device aims to reduce skin death after breast reconstruction

Summary
This study tests a device called BLOOM43 that women use on their breast the night before reconstructive surgery after mastectomy. The goal is to see if it helps prevent skin tissue death and is easy to use. Sixty adult women having immediate breast reconstruction will take part.
