Summary
This study is testing a new blood test to quickly identify people who may have colorectal cancer. The goal is to help doctors decide who needs urgent care, especially when colonoscopy appointments are delayed. About 400 adults with suspected or confirmed colorectal cancer will take part. The test looks for certain markers in the blood to see if it can reliably detect cancer and its stage.
