Blood test could spot brain tumor changes
NCT ID NCT05157594
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a blood test measuring a protein called hPG80 can help track high-grade brain tumors. Researchers took blood samples from 30 patients during their treatment and follow-up. The goal was to see if hPG80 levels change with tumor progression or after radiation therapy. This is an early, observational study to gather information, not a treatment.
