This study watches 1,200 heart surgery patients in the ICU to see if big swings in blood pressure and poor blood flow to tissues are linked to serious problems like stroke, heart attack, or kidney failure. Researchers will track these signs for 30 days after surgery. The goal is to find better ways to spot and prevent complications, not to test a new treatment.
