This study looked at 390 pregnant women with preeclampsia who had a C-section under spinal anesthesia. Researchers compared a more intensive blood pressure management approach to the standard one, to see which better protects the baby's health right after birth. The goal was to find the best way to prevent low blood pressure during surgery and improve newborn outcomes.
