Summary
This study looks at how healthy people's blood chemistry changes from day to day and after meals. Over four weeks, 35 participants will provide finger-prick blood samples, keep food diaries, and wear activity trackers. No treatments or lifestyle changes are involved—the goal is simply to understand normal metabolic patterns and improve future research methods.
