First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at how blood metabolites (small molecules from food and activity) change in healthy people during normal daily life. Over four weeks, 35 participants will provide finger-prick blood samples, keep food diaries, and wear activity trackers. No treatments are given—the goal is to understand natural variation and improve methods for future health studies.
