Summary

This study tests two treatments—blood flow restricted resistance exercises and low-level laser therapy—to see which better improves heart function in people with chronic heart failure. Sixty adults aged 40-60 with mild heart failure (NYHA Class II) will be enrolled. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to help the heart pump more effectively.
