Summary
This study tests whether combining blood flow restriction with a specific abdominal exercise can better activate core muscles in people with non-specific low back pain. Thirty-six adults with poor posture will be recruited. The approach uses elastic tape, a Swiss ball, and light weights to see if it improves muscle function and posture.
