NCT ID NCT07654608
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jul 28, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looked at how using a blood flow restriction cuff during light knee exercises changes muscle activity in healthy adults. Twenty-four participants did the same exercise with and without the cuff while their muscle signals were recorded. The goal was to understand the immediate effects, not to treat any disease.
