Summary

This study is testing different doses of treatments for blood cancers like multiple myeloma and Waldenstrom macroglobulinaemia. The goal is to find the dose that works best while causing fewer side effects. About 400 adults will take part, and the study will compare survival and quality of life between different dosing plans.
