Summary
This study tested whether a blockchain-powered electronic portfolio helps nursing students better track their skills and support lifelong learning. 72 third-year nursing students were randomly assigned to use either a blockchain e-portfolio or a standard one during a clinical rotation. Researchers measured clinical competence, learning attitudes, and portfolio quality to see if the new system offered any advantages.
