Can a simple blink reminder save your eyes from screen damage?
NCT ID NCT07430137
Summary
This study is testing whether a computer program that reminds people to blink can help slow down damage to the oil glands in the eyelids. It's for adults aged 18-40 who use screens for at least 4 hours a day and have dry eye symptoms. Half the participants will use the reminder software, while the other half will get standard eye care advice, to see which approach works better over three months.
