Promising combo tackles Hard-to-Treat leukemia

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, blinatumomab and ponatinib, in adults with a specific type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that has the Philadelphia chromosome. The goal is to see if this combo can better control the disease, especially in patients whose cancer has returned or not responded to prior treatments. About 90 participants will receive the drugs along with standard chemotherapy.
