Can your smartphone help treat anxiety and depression? new study tests blended therapy
NCT ID NCT07432906
Summary
This study is testing a new way to deliver therapy for anxiety and depression by combining traditional face-to-face sessions with a smartphone app. Researchers want to see if this 'blended' format is practical for patients and doctors in primary care, and if it helps reduce symptoms as well as standard therapy does. They will compare three groups: one using the blended therapy, one using standard therapy, and one waiting for treatment.
