Summary
This study looked at 75 women who had surgery for bladder prolapse (a condition where the bladder bulges into the vagina). It compared two techniques: one using a special mesh (UGYTEX®) and one without mesh. The goal was to see which approach worked better over 5 to 8 years after surgery. The study measured how often the prolapse came back and if there were any complications.
