NCT ID NCT07279597
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of targeted therapy (RC48-ADC) and immunotherapy (toripalimab) plus radiation can help people with HER2-positive muscle-invasive bladder cancer avoid bladder removal. About 45 adults who have already had chemotherapy will receive the drug combo and radiation, then continue treatment for up to a year. The goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely and stays away, while keeping the bladder intact.
