First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (zanidatamab and tislelizumab) plus chemotherapy in 25 people with HER2-positive muscle-invasive bladder cancer. The goal is to shrink the tumor enough to avoid removing the bladder. Participants receive treatment before any surgery, and if the cancer disappears completely, they keep their bladder. The study is currently recruiting.
