NCT ID NCT07475806
First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab, for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment can control the cancer and allow patients to keep their bladder instead of having it surgically removed. The study includes 240 adults who are eligible for surgery but may benefit from avoiding it. Participants receive the drugs through infusions over several cycles, and doctors monitor their response and any side effects.
