Summary
This study tested different drug combinations given before surgery to remove the bladder in people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who couldn't take the standard chemotherapy drug cisplatin. The trial was stopped early, and only 30 people took part. The main goal was to see how the drugs changed immune cells in the tumor, but not enough data was collected to draw clear conclusions.
