New drug trial offers hope for Hard-to-Treat head and neck cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BL-M24D1 in people with advanced head and neck cancer or other solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it helps shrink tumors. About 16 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part.
