Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BL-M24D1 in 16 people with advanced head and neck cancer or other solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. Participants must be 18 or older and have tried standard treatments.
