Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BL-M14D1 in people with advanced small cell lung cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, or other solid tumors that have spread and no longer respond to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it helps shrink tumors. About 22 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part.
