New hope for Hard-to-Treat blood cancer: experimental drug enters human trials

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called BL-M11D1 in about 92 adults with a type of blood cancer (myelodysplastic syndromes) that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants must be 18-75 years old and have a specific marker (CD33) on their cancer cells.
