Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BL-M11D1 in 130 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can help control the disease. Participants must have a specific marker (CD33) on their leukemia cells and be in relatively good health.
