Summary
This study tests a new drug called BL-M11D1 combined with standard chemotherapy or other targeted drugs for adults with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps more patients achieve remission. About 216 participants will take part in this Phase 2/3 trial.
