Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BL-M05D1 in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors (like stomach, pancreatic, or bile duct cancer) that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 160 adults will take part.
