Summary
This study compares a new drug, BL-B01D1, with the standard chemo docetaxel in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to prior treatments. About 698 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either BL-B01D1 or docetaxel. The main goal is to see if BL-B01D1 helps people live longer.
