Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called BL-B01D1 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or can't be removed by surgery, including cancers of the urinary system. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors in patients whose cancer has worsened despite standard treatments. Researchers will also measure how long the drug works and how the body processes it.
