First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This phase 3 study compares a new drug, BL-B01D1, to standard chemotherapy in 418 people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has stopped responding to taxane chemotherapy. The goal is to see if BL-B01D1 can slow cancer growth and extend survival. Participants receive either the new drug or doctor's choice chemo, and researchers track how long they live without the cancer getting worse.
