New hope for advanced breast cancer: experimental drug BL-B01D1 takes on chemo

Summary
This phase 3 study tests whether the experimental drug BL-B01D1 works better than standard chemotherapy for people with advanced HR+HER2- breast cancer that has not responded to at least one prior chemo. About 383 participants will receive either BL-B01D1 or a doctor-chosen chemo. The main goal is to see if the drug delays cancer growth or improves survival.
