New hope for bile duct cancer patients who've run out of options

Summary
This study tests a new drug called BL-B01D1 against standard treatments for people with advanced bile duct cancer that has worsened after chemotherapy and immunotherapy. About 538 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug or a doctor-chosen treatment. The main goal is to see if BL-B01D1 helps people live longer.
