New hope for Tough-to-Treat nasopharyngeal cancer?

Summary
This study tests a new drug called BL-B01D1 against standard chemotherapy in people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. About 386 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug or a doctor-chosen chemotherapy. The goal is to see if BL-B01D1 can shrink tumors or help people live longer.
