Summary

This study looked at whether taking bitter melon, blueberry, or cranberry powder twice a day for 12 weeks could improve blood sugar control and reduce diabetes symptoms in 120 adults with type 2 diabetes. Participants took the powder mixed with yogurt or water alongside their usual medication. The study measured changes in HbA1c (a long-term blood sugar marker) and diabetes symptoms using a checklist.
