New combo attack: antibody bridge before CAR-T for myeloma
NCT ID NCT07407010
First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether giving a bispecific antibody (CM336) before CAR-T cell therapy can improve outcomes for people with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Ten participants will receive the antibody as a "bridge" to control the cancer before the main CAR-T infusion. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and leads to better response rates.
