Summary
This study looks at 88 first-time mothers to see which method—a doctor's exam (Bishop score) or an ultrasound—better predicts if labor induction will lead to a vaginal birth within 24 hours. Participants are full-term pregnant women with a single baby in head-down position. The goal is to improve how doctors decide on the best way to start labor.
