Could a simple change in birth position ease postpartum pain?
NCT ID NCT07243522
Summary
This study is testing if giving birth in a semi-sitting position helps first-time mothers. Researchers want to see if this position reduces pain in the pelvic area and improves muscle strength after delivery, compared to the standard lying-down position. The study will follow 70 women for six months after birth to measure these effects.
